Kenny was born and raised in the beautiful state of Kentucky where he currently resides with his wife of 34 years. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 9 years (1986-1995) being stationed in Texas, Japan, and Hawaii. Kenny has been a business leader in Kentucky and Ohio for 26 years, 21 of these being in Northern Kentucky where he has lived and raised his two children. He knows the area and wants to put his knowledge of the market to work for you.

First off, let me start off by saying.. KENNY IS AN ABSOLUTE GODSEND!

We first met Kenny at an open house before we had officially decided to jump into the housing market. He was super friendly and more than happy to talk with us about the process. He told us from the get-go that he was there to help us along the way but also to help educate us on buying/selling a home. And educate he did! He has stuck by his word and been with us every step of the way. We jumped into the market rather abruptly as we knew we needed to sell our current home before we could sign for the next. Well, as fate would have it, we found a home BEFORE we listed our original place and it was full speed ahead after that. Kenny worked very quickly with reaching out to the seller, providing us with a few different lenders (we highly recommend Chris Fugate with guaranteed rate), getting all the paperwork through in a quick/timely manner, and even getting our place listed and ready to go. We can proudly and successfully say that we were able to get the house of our dreams while also selling our original home. Buying and selling in December was a whirlwind of emotions, but Kenny came through for us time and time again. None of this would have been possible without him and our wonderful lender, Chris. Being a first-time homebuyer is terrifying. I had spoken to several realtors, and I didn’t get good vibes from any of them. I had viewed a few houses, and it didn’t seem like my realtor was trying to help me, only themselves. I decided to find another. Queue Kenny. This man listened to me.
